Who We Are
The Center for Economic and Policy Research and Action Corps — with support from ActionAid, Advocacy Network for Africa, American Friends Service Committee, Friends of the Earth US, Oxfam America, Partners In Health, and many more — is leading the congressional campaign for major issuances of Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) — a no-cost global crisis response.
Other groups supporting a global recovery through a major issuance of SDRs include dozens of US labor, religious, and humanitarian organizations, including the AFL-CIO, United Steelworkers, Center for American Progress, Public Citizen, Communications Workers of America, Avaaz, UNITE HERE, The United Methodist Church — General Board of Church and Society, Sisters of Mercy of the Americas Justice Team, Sojourners, Presbyterian Church (USA).
To date, hundreds of organizations have endorsed a major new issuance of SDRs.
